Our commitment
We aim for the public AirLLM website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG explains how to make web content usable for people with disabilities, and Level AA is the level most accessibility laws and policies refer to.
This statement covers the website at airllm.ai: the product, pricing, knowledge, models and legal pages, the contact form, and the sign-in and sign-up pages. It doesn't cover the signed-in dashboard, the AirCode CLI or the AirCode Studio app, or websites run by other companies that we link to.
Conformance status
The AirLLM website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some content doesn't fully meet the standard yet; the known gaps are listed under Known limitations.
This assessment is our own. The site hasn't been audited by an independent accessibility specialist, and we don't hold an accessibility certification.
What helps you use the site
- Keyboard access. The pages we tested work with a keyboard alone. A "Skip to content" link is the first thing you reach with Tab, and links, buttons and form fields show where keyboard focus is.
- Menus that follow the standard pattern. The Products and AI Agents menus and the phone menu open with Enter or Space, report whether they are open to screen readers, close with Escape (focus goes back to the menu button), and close when focus moves away.
- Pause animations. A pause button in the header (and "Pause animations" in the footer) stops the moving diagrams, demos and backgrounds on every page, and the site remembers your choice in this browser. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations stay off automatically.
- Zoom and small screens. The pages we checked reflow to a single column at 320 CSS pixels wide (the same as 400% zoom in a 1280-pixel-wide window) without scrolling sideways. Wide data tables and code samples scroll inside their own box instead.
- Links you can spot. Links inside paragraphs and lists are underlined, so they don't rely on colour alone.
- The cookie banner stays out of the way. While it is open, the page scrolls so the link or button you move to is never hidden behind it.
How we tested
We last reviewed the site on October 23, 2026, in Chrome on macOS, in the site's standard look:
- Keyboard: we moved through the header, menus, cookie banner, forms and footer with Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space and Escape, checking the focus order and that focus was always visible and never hidden.
- Automated checks: we ran axe-core 4.13 with its WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rules, plus its best-practice rules, on every page of the site except the Models page. After our fixes it reports no failures of the WCAG rules; the best-practice warnings it still shows are listed below.
- Screen reader basics: we checked what assistive technology is given in Chrome's accessibility tree: page titles, landmarks, headings, the names of links and buttons, form labels, and the open or closed state of menus.
- Reflow: we loaded every page except the Models page, including the contact, sign-in and legal pages, at 320 CSS pixels wide and checked that nothing needed horizontal scrolling.
- Motion: we checked the pause button and the reduced-motion setting on the pages with animation, including the homepage's hero diagram and background.
Known limitations
These are the gaps we know about. We're working on them and will update this page as they're fixed.
- Limited testing with screen readers. We haven't yet completed a full manual review with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack, so some problems that only show up in a particular screen reader may remain.
- Security check on forms. The sign-in, sign-up and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots. It's provided by Cloudflare and usually needs no action, but if it blocks you, email us at the address below and we'll help another way.
- Google sign-in. The "Sign in with Google" window is run by Google, so its accessibility is outside our control. You can also sign up with an email address and password.
- Page structure warnings. Automated checks still report a few best-practice issues that don't stop pages from working: the footer's column headings skip a heading level, a few scrolling tables and side notes share the same label as another region on their page, and parts of the sign-in pages sit outside page landmarks. We plan to fix them.
- Models page. The Models page (/models) wasn't part of the checks above and hasn't had a full review yet.

It helps if you include the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and any assistive technology you use. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
